Description
Waisted cup with flared, everted rim supported on an elaborate hollow stem with a wide cylindrical midsection perforated with five rows of vertical slits; thinly potted, lightly burnished blackened earthenware with incised and openwork decoration. Longshan culture; from Shandong province.
