Set during the Qing Dynasty of China in the mid 18th century, the drama tells the story of a stubborn official adviser, Chau Bing, and his relationship with the young county official, Shum Kwan-Pok. Bing obtains a secure job as Kwan-Pok's private adviser and the two become good friends. They both try to root out corruption within the Manchu government.

The Greatness of a Hero

The Greatness of a Hero is a Hong Kong television historical drama serial produced by TVB under executive producer Leung Choi-yuen. It first aired on Malaysia's Astro On Demand from 9 February to 6 March 2009 and on several TVB overseas cable channels in 2010. Starting 2 April 2012, The Greatness of a Hero will air on Hong Kong's free-to-air channels Jade and HD Jade.

The King of Snooker

The King of Snooker is a TVB television drama miniseries revolving around the sport of snooker in Hong Kong. It was originally broadcast by the network in 2009, from 30 March through 24 April, and subsequently re-released on DVD in several translations.

Emergency Unit

After ten years behind the bars in Taiwan, Kong Sai-Hao finally returns to Hong Kong. Besides hoping to find his daughter Yau-Yau to mend their relationship, he also plans for revenge. Unfortunately, Lap-Man gets fired from the police force before he can finish his mission in the mafia. He becomes Sai-Hao's people and turns his back against the police force.

Former Hong Kong Correctional Services personnel Cheung Sing-hei was sent to prison for murdering his stepfather. The key witness of the case turns out to be his cousin and best friend Tong Lap-yin. The ending theme song Fat Sai is performed by Linda Chung and can be found in the Lady in Red album. It was first broadcast in August 2008.

Pang Kam-Chau is left broke when his ex-girlfriend takes everything from him. Hearing a potential business opportunity with a local football team, he befriends the team coach and is given the title of operation director of the football team. Managing the team proves to be far more challenging than he expected when the players achieve poor grades at school. The football team sponsor wants to hire a famous cram school tutor, Kelly Yim Ka-Lai, to help players achieve higher results in the public examinations, but Kelly's teaching style is drastically different than Kam-Chau's and this results in comedic consequences.

When a Dog Loves a Cat

Miu Chun (Gallen Lo) was once diagnosed with cancer, and became really depressed. Cheung Ka-Ka (Tracy Ip), a nurse, comforted him and later became his girlfriend. Soon after he recovered, the two adopted a cat, Can Can, and a dog, 大巴 (Dai Ba). One day 大巴 ran across a road, Ka-Ka tried to rescue the dog from an oncoming car but died in the accident herself. From that day on Chun hated dogs and abandoned Dai Ba. Chow Chi-Yu (Myolie Wu) found 大巴 wandering on the streets and brought him back to her father's kennel. However, 大巴 carried a deadly virus and killed all the dogs at the kennel. Since then, Yu's father became employed with the pound to catch abandoned dogs. Her brother, Chow Chi-Jim (David Lui), and sister-in-law, Shui Tin-Lan (Margie Tsang) opened a pet shop to earn money for the family.
