Medical Emergency is an Australian reality television series screened on the Seven Network. Medical Emergency is narrated by actor Chris Gabardi who also appeared in drama series All Saints. It was previously hosted and narrated by actress Georgie Parker, who also appeared in All Saints. Medical Emergency is filmed under strict protocol at Melbourne's Alfred Hospital's trauma unit. Medical Emergency is a ratings hit in Australia and has screened alongside other popular reality series such as Border Security, Police Files: Unlocked and The Real Seachange. A second series started airing Tuesday nights at 8:00pm from 17 July 2007. A third series started airing Tuesday nights at 9:30pm from 8 April 2008. Then three weeks later it was moved to Wednesdays at 8:00pm. It will return in 2010 with a lot of episodes that have not aired since early as 2008; as it aired only 3 episodes in 2009 after on hiatus for most of the year. It will return in late 2010.

Border Security: Australia's Front Line is an Australian television program that airs on the Seven Network. The show follows the work of officers of Australian Customs and Border Protection, the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship as they enforce Australian customs, quarantine, immigration and finance laws. Most of the programme is filmed at Sydney and Melbourne airports. Occasionally, the program features other locations such as Brisbane Airport, Perth Airport, seaports, international mail centres, raids on workplaces suspected of employing persons contrary to the restrictions of their visa or immigrant status and the work of Customs vessels and aircraft in the waters of Northern Australia.

Backyard Science is an Australian educational children's television show based on the Dorling Kindersley books. In this series, children experiment with everyday items in order to make something fun and practical and also provide scientific insights in a child's world. The show is co-hosted by Tarun Victor Gordon and Dana Kronental, is co-produced by Beyond Television Productions and Penguin Television and airs on Australian free-to-air television on both the Seven Network and ABC. The series was composed of more than 78 episodes. Jason Smith was a presenter for some time. It was broadcast in the USA under the title Crash! Bang! Splat! on the former Discovery Kids Channel.

My Restaurant Rules is a reality show in which 5 couples are given the chance to build, run and even own a restaurant. The couples must build the restaurant and run it accordingly to survive in the competition. After the opening of the restaurant's the competition judges will visit each restaurant and submit a review. The 2 couples with the lowest reviews go up for nomination. Then Australia decides which restaurant closes by voting. The least favorite restaurant will close it's doors. This process is repeated until the last 2 couples remain and then everything is on the line. The couple with the highest number of votes win the competition and get to keep their own restaurant for good. They also get a cash prize of $100,000.

Kath & Kim is a character-driven Australian television situation comedy series. The series was created by, and is written by Jane Turner and Gina Riley who play the title characters: a suburban mother and daughter with a dysfunctional relationship. The series main characters consist of Kath Day-Knight, a cheerful 50-year-old woman, her self-indulgent daughter Kim Craig, Kath's boyfriend and second husband, the metrosexual Kel Knight, as well as Kim's estranged husband Brett Craig and her lonely, overweight "second best friend" Sharon Strzelecki. The series is set in the fictional suburb of Fountain Lakes in Melbourne. It is primarily filmed in Patterson Lakes. The series was conceived by Turner and Riley in the early 1990s as a weekly segment of the Australian comedy series Fast Forward. The skit was then developed into a full-series. The first series of Kath & Kim premiered on ABC TV on 16 May 2002, with three further series following, while a television movie, entitled Da Kath and Kim Code, was broadcast nationally on 25 November 2005. Kath & Kim has garnered much critical acclaim since its debut, winning two Logie Awards, for "Outstanding Comedy Programme" and the "Best Television Drama Series" award at the Australian Film Institute Awards. In Australia, it has become a pop culture phenomenon, and is a success with audiences nationwide.
