The following printer's colophon appears on the back of the print: CHEN CHI KWAN / "Clear day", 1990 / Original lithograph, size 72 x 37 cm / Printed in France / by Ateliers d'Art Desjobert - Paris / 1996. Despite the title given in the printer's colophon, we should use the title "Valley", since that is the English-language title inscribed by the artist on the print's face. Produced, printed and published by Ateliers d'Art Desjobert, Paris, this actual-size, facsimile lithograph is based on a painting that Chen Chi-kwan did in 1990 in ink and colors on paper; now in a private collection, the painting was titled "Valley" by the artist.
