Yue-type ware: light gray stoneware with celadon glaze over applique lug handles; the damaged rim banded in metal; painted decoration added in modern times. From northern China -- place of manufacture uncertain.

Jizhou ware: light gray stoneware with dark brown glaze suffused with buff markings and bluish white streaks. From the kilns at Yonghe, Ji'an, Jiangxi province.
