Miracles of the ER

At Central University Hospital, Associate Director of Emergency Medicine Zhou Cheng-jun (Wallace Huo) makes a bold decision to accept Lin Geng-ming (Kent Tsai), an average-performing medical school graduate. Lin joins the emergency department as a resident alongside elite peers, working shoulder to shoulder to save lives. Together with senior attending physician Dr. He Yu-hua (Cheryl Yang), the ER team faces relentless medical crises, ethical dilemmas, and internal power struggles within the hospital.
