Police Camera Action!

Police, Camera, Action! is a police video programme made by Optomen Television, originally broadcast on ITV with repeats airing on ITV4. It was originally commissioned through Carlton Television. It was presented by Alastair Stewart from 1994 until 2002, until his second drink-driving conviction led to a temporary suspension, before he resumed his role with Adrian Simpson from 2007. In 2010, the programme was presented by Gethin Jones.

A Brush with Fame

A Brush with Fame is a light hearted ITV daytime television show, featuring a nationwide search to find Britain's best amateur portrait painter. It was presented by Carol Smillie, and the last episode was broadcast on 11 November 2005.

...on Television

"...on Television" or "...on TV", was a long-running late night television programme on ITV. The programme, which was made first by LWT and then Granada Productions, featured a number of clips from unusual or, amusing television programmes and commercials from around the world. The show was first presented by TV critic and journalist Clive James, then celebrity chef Keith Floyd in 1989, and finally Chris Tarrant from 1990 to 2006. The show remained "Tarrant on TV" for 16 years.

Keynotes

Keynotes was a British game show that aired on ITV from 13 March 1989 to 18 December 1992 and hosted by Alistair Divall. The aim of the game was for "two teams of players, to try to put the right words in the right songs and see how well they can follow the bouncing ball to solve our puzzle song."

The Premiership

The Premiership was a television programme which showed highlights of the FA Premier League. It was ITV Sport's flagship football show from August 2001 to May 2004. The show was created after the ITV network won a multi-million pound deal to air Premier League highlights once owned by the BBC. The programme was presented by Des Lynam, with Ally McCoist and Andy Townsend frequently serving as pundits.

Clapperboard

Clapperboard is the name of a 1970s children's television programme, hosted by Chris Kelly which covered the cinema. The show was made by Granada Television for the ITV network, and lasted 254 episodes. It was produced by Muriel Young and was broadcast between April 1972 and January 1982. Young herself fronted the show on occasions when Kelly was unavailable.

My Husband and I

My Husband and I was a short-lived black-and-white British sitcom starring Evelyn Laye and her husband Frank Lawton, who played themselves. It ran for seven episodes in 1956. My Husband and I was written by Geoffrey Kerr and James Leasor. It was made for the ITV network by Associated-Rediffusion.

The West Tonight

The West Tonight was the flagship news programme in the ITV West region. It was broadcast at 6pm every weeknight. It launched in 1968 as Report West and ceased broadcasting on 15 February 2009.

Mum's on Strike

Mum's on Strike was a daytime programme on ITV. Each programme features two families. The mother of the house heads off in a limo for a weekend of pampering, leaving father in charge. The mum will remove the one item from the house she reckons stops him pulling his weight in the first place. The mums leave a list of chores that need doing, and so the dad will really appreciate her work load she won't have stocked up on food over the last week, or done the laundry. On day two, the dad has to face a task their partner reckons he's always avoided in the past. It might be taking all three youngsters shopping for school shoes, or preparing a picnic and taking them out for an activity day. Meanwhile, back at the health spa, the mums are able to watch film of their partners' efforts. After the two days are up, the mums go back home to their partners and children. Then, one family out of the two wins a prize.

Sunday Feast

Sunday Feast is a cookery show on British television channel ITV. The show's hosts are Andi Peters and Anneka Rice. Their two resident chefs, who alternate week by week, are Ed Baines and Paul Merrett. The show is made by Prospect Pictures, who produce other food shows including Saturday Cooks!, Great Food Live and Food Uncut, and have previously produced Taste for Sky One. The show features a special guest each week, a look at the Sunday newspapers, and up to 3 recipes cooked by that episode's chef. Sunday Feast aired on Sunday mornings at 10am. The first series has now finished, and it will not be returning due to poor ratings.

Too Many Cooks

Too Many Cooks was a cookery competition on ITV which turns the idea of cookery shows on its head – the people cook for the chefs. It's a chance for great home cooks to prove themselves to the professionals, or be put in their place if their cooking is not up to scratch – contestants often turn out to be worse cooks than they think they are! The show was presented by Jeni Barnett, and the judges were chefs Gino D'Acampo, Richard Phillips and Alex Mackay. All three of the chefs have excellent credentials and aren’t afraid to speak their minds. The problems for the kitchen wannabes – or chefettes as presenter Jeni calls them – is that they have the pressure of time to contend with, an unfamiliar environment and a professional chefs tongue for tasting – or lashing! The show started with four teams of two people and each team had to cook a starter in ten minutes, a main course in twenty minutes and a pudding in ten minutes. They were given the title of the dish and some key ingredients as well as a larder of essential basics, but they have to rely on their own cooking know-how to come up with a recipe. A couple got eliminated after each course leaving two teams to battle it out at the pudding stage.

Luton Airport

Luton Airport is a British reality TV series which follows staff at London Luton Airport, the fourth airport of the London area and a hub for low-cost carriers such as EasyJet and Ryanair. The show followed the airport duty managers and operations personnel as the airport moved through a phase of redevelopment. No specific airline was focused on though many were seen throughout the series.

Richard Hammond's 5 O'Clock Show

Richard Hammond's 5 O'Clock Show was a television programme shown every weekday on the British channel ITV from 3 January until 10 February 2006. The show was presented by Richard Hammond and Mel Giedroyc, and featured a variety of reports on popular and unusual topics. They talked about things that matter to the public, and test claims like "an unstainable suit" or "unbreakable crockery". The show was first aired in 2006 replacing The Paul O'Grady Show, which had moved to Channel 4.
