The Biggest Loser is an Australian reality television show, based on the original American version of the same name. It is produced by Crackerjack Productions and screened on Network Ten. It was hosted by Ajay Rochester from 2006–2009 and introduced former Olympian Hayley Lewis as its host in 2010. The show first debuted on 13 February 2006, followed by a second season on 4 February 2007 which introduced Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton and Steve Willis. The third season began airing on 3 February 2008. A fourth season, which features couples competing as teams, started airing on 1 February 2009. A fifth season, which aired on 31 January 2010, featuring former Olympic swimmer Hayley Lewis as the new host, and in 2011 the show introduced the new trainer Tiffiny Hall.

Yasmin's Getting Married
Yasmin's Getting Married was a short-lived Australian reality television program that aired live on Network Ten in early August 2006. It was based on the successful Scandinavian show Kerry's Getting Married, which revolves around a single woman's quest to find a partner and get married. It was produced by Screentime, which purchased the format from Strix Television. The show debuted on Tuesday, 1 August 2006 and was hosted by Jo Stanley from FOX FM Melbourne. She was also joined by Ryan Phelan, anchor of Sports Tonight and Christine Chinchen, a relationship counsellor. Guests included comedian Matt Hardy, wedding planner Kathy Apostolidis, and Bree Amer. The show's theme song was a cover of Dusty Springfields "Wishin' and Hopin'", sung by Neighbours star Stephanie McIntosh. The track appears on her album Tightrope.
0Aerobics Oz Style
Aerobics Oz Style was a long-running Australian aerobic exercise instruction television series, shown in Australia on weekends and then weekdays on Network Ten at 6:00 am then 6:30 am and distributed to many other countries. It was cancelled by Channel Ten at the end of 2005. AOS will continue to be broadcast on Australian television via AURORA Channel 183 - on the Foxtel Digital, Optus and Austar platforms - which broadcasts Aerobics Oz Style every day at 6.30am AEST and also 2.00pm AEST. In Europe Aerobics Oz Style is broadcast daily on Sky Sports 1 or Sky Sports 2 at 6:00 and it's repeated daily on Sky Sports 3 or Sky Sports 4 at 11:30 and 16:30. In 2011 Sky Sports started to broadcast additional airings of the show. The program is now aired in the small hours of the morning, as early as, 00:30. The series began in 1982 and had run continuously through until 2005, with over 4,500 episodes produced, by production company Zero1Zero. The format remained consistent throughout its run. Each show was 30 minutes divided into four segments, one of warmup exercises, two main exercise segments, and a stretch/cool-down segment. One instructor leads the exercises, with four demonstrators following to the side and behind. Later shows were shot outdoors at scenic locations around Sydney, in earlier shows an indoor studio was used.
Friday Night Games
Friday Night Games was a spin-off from Big Brother Australia's Friday Night Live, hosted by Mike Goldman with Bree Amer and Ryan "Fitzy" Fitzgerald and was produced at Dreamworld, Gold Coast, Australia by Network Ten. Two teams, each composed of three celebrities and one chosen contestant, competed and tested their skills in a series of games and challenges. Each game had a different set of rules and difficulty rating. The "celeb-to-be" was chosen out of hundreds of applicants, most being eliminated through challenges until a final challenge on the Friday Night Games set. Challenges included holding onto a balloon whilst riding "Wipeout", or holding a piece of paper above their head whilst riding on the Tower Of Terror, a roller coaster at Dreamworld, without ripping it. During each Game there would be a referee which the crowd booed at. At the grand final the ref was booed off stage and The ref Gave the crowd The Finger. However this was edited out. Each episode was pre-recorded in front of a live audience at Dreamworld’s games arena and aired on Friday nights. The ultimate Friday Night Games Champion Team won a A$50,000 donation to the charity of their choice, courtesy of Supercheap Auto. A third season returns in 2007, again hosted by former housemates Bree Amer, Ryan Fitzgerald and Mike Goldman.
