This is the story of Naha, a Seminole Indian boy who lives many years ago in a bog Florida swamp. Visiting Naha's people, seeing his mother, father, and their way of life, and traveling into the swamp with Naha as he returns the baby alligator captured by his dog, Lugnee, pupils learn of life among the Indians of the Everglades. - from original film canister description
