Probably from Xi'an, Shaanxi; possible pair with 1935.37.90, which has a printed shop inscription reading "Ju Zao" (together their inscriptions read "Fu Xing Ju Zao", "Made by Fu Xing Ju"); compare with 1935.37.89 and .102.
