Description

Obv.: Bust of Christ (Type Vf) facing, with long pointed bard and cross nimbus with 5-pellet design (though middle pellet is a square) in arms, wearing tunic and himation; r. hand raised before breast in blessing, l. holds book, with 9-pellet square, from beneath. Double border of dots. Rev.: Bust facing, bearded, wearing modified loros with collar-piece and crown with cross and pendilia. In r. hand, labarum-headed scepter decorated with 5-pellet design; in l., gl. cr. with solid cross. Double border of dots.
