Five horizontal openwork sheets of steel and brass are suspended from the ceiling at different heights. When viewed from the front or back, they form the shape of an arched window. The sheets vary in color and texture from a glossy bronze to a brushed silvery gold. The pattern on each sheet is formed by the repetition of the first character (“ka” क) of Devanagari script, which is used to write the Nepali language.
