Sketchbook with red-cloth-covered cardboard covers; pencil sleeve; and remains of cloth ties. Pages of off-white wove paper. Sewn page block. Sketchbook is incomplete, with 14 pages remaining. Eight drawings. The pages are numbered in red-brown ink in the upper right corners. Several pages have been removed from the sketchbook and the page numbering apparently occurred after their removal. Missing are one page after p. 1, more than one page after p. 4, one page after p. 12, and several pages at the end of the book. Contents: Bullfight scenes, inscriptions, designs for ornament, miscellaneous sketches.
