Sketchbook with tan cloth covers, remains of cloth ties. 14 pages; the remaining pages are are in uncut drawing block. A number of pages were removed before the sketchbook was acquired by the Fogg. Pages of heavy cream wove paper, measuring 272 x 181 mm. Drawings are in graphite. All are signed with the artist's initials and many are inscribed by the artist's son Philip.
