Narrow architectural frieze decorated in relatively high, flat relief, with doughy appearance. Stylized vegetal scroll with tips of leaves bent around and centrally drilled to resemble thorny rosettes. A narrow, plain fillet forms the border along either the upper or lower edge of the block.
