Of slightly tapering cylindrical form on broad flaring foot below a moulded band, the rim applied with a similar band, the tubular scroll handle with plain pentagonal flat terminal; the flat hinged domed cover with cast triangular thumb-piece; the front engraved with a coat of arms, helm and crest within foliate scroll mantling
