Jian ware: dark gray stoneware with dark brown glaze, the markings in iron oxide, the base with an incised inscription reading 'Gongyu'. From the kilns at Shuiji, Jianyang county, Fujian province, probably from those at Luhuaping or Chidun.

Light gray stoneware with impressed and appliqué decoration; with localized areas of light blue on the surface, perhaps slip applied before firing
